1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply between BB8BD (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "BB8BD") and its members. By accessing the BB8BD website (bb8bd.ws) or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms.

BB8BD reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on the website, and registered members may be notified via email or mobile. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Scope of Service

BB8BD is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, fishing games, and other virtual gaming services. BB8BD operates only in regions where online betting is legally permitted or not prohibited. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your own country or region.

1.2 Language & Communication

BB8BD communicates primarily in Bengali and English. Our support team is able to assist you in Bengali. All official communications will only take place through BB8BD's registered email or live chat channels.

2 Account Registration

To register with BB8BD, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must not reside in a country where online betting is fully prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Registering under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 KYC Verification Process

As part of BB8BD's Terms & Conditions, all members may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may require a National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until KYC verification is completed.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact BB8BD support immediately. BB8BD is not liable for any unauthorised use of your account.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on BB8BD can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also supported. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
• Deposits are generally instant — in rare technical cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• BB8BD reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits pending review.

3.1 Currency & Conversion

BB8BD processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Conversion charges may apply.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw from BB8BD:

• Your account must have a completed KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.1 Withdrawal Rejection

BB8BD may suspend or reject a withdrawal under the following circumstances:

• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• When a review is required under our Anti-Money Laundering policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BB8BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• This bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• A minimum wagering of 10x is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable.
• BB8BD reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if misuse is detected.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on BB8BD:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered confirmed once the system generates a confirmation. If the connection is lost before confirmation, the bet may not be valid. If in doubt, check your betting history.

6.2 Odds Changes

BB8BD reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is placed are final — any subsequent changes will not affect existing bets.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, BB8BD may take the following steps:

• Bet amount refunded.
• Keeping the bet active on the new event date.
• For parlay bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining legs will stand.

6.4 Maximum Winning Limit

The maximum winnings from a single bet are subject to limits set by BB8BD. These limits may vary by event and market. Full details are displayed on each bet slip.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BB8BD platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Having multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited.
• Fraud & Cheating: Exploiting any technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Betting using automated software or bots is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using BB8BD as a channel for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Bonus abuse: Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited.
• Account selling or sharing: Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Betting on fixed or manipulated events is strictly prohibited.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closed by BB8BD

BB8BD reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closed by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

BB8BD believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a means of addiction. Responsible Gaming is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion allows you to take a break from your account for anywhere between 30 days and 5 years.
• Enabling reality check notifications will send you reminders at regular intervals.
• Account registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

10 Legal Matters

10.1 Limitation of Liability

BB8BD is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third-party issues. However, any bets affected by such circumstances will be resolved fairly.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact the BB8BD support team first. The support team will endeavor to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to BB8BD's licensing authority.

10.3 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with international gaming laws and the regulations of BB8BD's licensing authority.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between BB8BD and its members, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.
